Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, has commissioned the newly constructed zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Ado-Ekiti.
The newly completed EFCC office, located along Old Iyin Road in Ado-Ekiti, is expected to strengthen the commission’s operational capacity in the state and enhance efforts to combat economic and financial crimes across Ekiti and neighbouring areas.
Vice President Shettima commissioned the facility during his one-day working visit to Ekiti State, where he represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The visit also featured the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ekiti Knowledge Zone and the commissioning of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Flyover in Ado-Ekiti.
