Radio Nigeria gathered that the victims were those working at a quarry site along the route.
One of the families of the victims told Progress FM reporter that the abductors have demanded two million Naira each from them.
The source, therefore, appealed to the abductors to release the victims unhurt while security operatives should also go after the suspected kidnappers.
