One of the leading governorship aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ekiti State, Engineer Kayode Ojo has sympathized with victims of an accident that occurred on Saturday morning in Dalimore area of Ado Ekiti where ten persons were trapped under a lorry.
The lorry was said to be coming from Okesa axis of the State capital where it lost control crushed two vehicles conveying some traders and destroyed a shop.
Though no life was lost, the victims were left with serious injuries which gave Engineer Kayode Ojo much concern when he heard about the incident.
Engineer Ojo prayed God to grant the affected persons quick recovery just as he appealed to motorists to be more careful while behind the wheel especially during this ember months.
He said ” My prayers go to the victims and I wish them quick recovery.
” I felt bad when I heard about the incident, more also that the victims were more of women who were hustling to make ends meet.
He appealed to the government to find ways of addressing the incessant cases of accidents at the Dalimore junction.
