The Ministry of Interior has come up with an Online Passport Application platform for both Nigerian and International applicants.
Minister in charge, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo disclosed this during the demonstration session of the online portal in Abuja.
Speaking at the event, which also had the Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service, Mrs Caroline Adepoju in attendance, Dr Tunji-Ojo said Nigerian applicants who want 32-page passport with 5-year validity would pay Twenty-five thousand Naira while those who want 64-page passport with 10-year validity would pay Seventy thousand Naira.
Also, foreign applicants for the 32-page passport would pay One hundred and thirty dollars while foreign applicants for the 64-page passport would pay two hundred and thirty dollars.
