Corpse of Missing FUOYE Student Finds Inside School

The corpse of an undergraduate missing student of the Federal University of Oye Ekiti, FUOYE, Modupe Deborah Atanda has been found inside the school.

Some of the students who pleaded anonymity also told journalists that the student had been declared Missing before her corpse was found around a building inside the campus.

The students explained that the deceased was a student of Faculty of Science and in stream A group of the the University.

Meanwhile, the Management of the Federal Universoty Oye-Ekiti, FUOYE has announced the painful passing on of the student.

In a statement, the University’s Registrar, Mr Mufutau Ibrahim said that investigation is ongoing with collaboration with National Security Agencies to get to the root of the sad development and bring the culprits to book.

He therefore appealed to students and all other stakeholders to remain calm.
