Tragedy has struck the Nigerian film industry as veteran Yoruba actor, Dayo Adewunmi, popularly known as Sule Suebebe, has passed away. The beloved actor breathed his last on Wednesday morning at a hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The sad news was announced by Pastor Ademola Amusan, also known as Agbala Gabriel, who had been caring for the ailing actor in recent months. Taking to his Facebook page, Agbala Gabriel mourned the loss, writing: “It’s a pity, Baba Suebebe died at the hospital this morning. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.”
The news of Suebebe’s demise has sent shockwaves through the Nollywood community, with fans and colleagues paying tribute to the late actor.
