Shun Violence in this election, Labour Party urges Youths

Ahead of this Saturday’s election the Labour Party LP has urged Nigerian Youth to shun violence and to avoid being used as a tool by desperate politicians to cause violence during and after the elections.

At a news briefing in Abuja the Acting National Youth Leader of the party Mr. Kennedy Ahanotu, said the commitment and patriotism shown by Nigerians in this week’s election will determine the future of the country.

Mr Ahanotu said for the citizens to have a better nation, they must entrust the country in the hands of leaders who are competent, capable and patriotic in governing the country.

According to the Labour Party acting Youth Leader, the party if elected will offer Nigerians equal opportunity without discrimination.
Mr Kennedy Ahanotu, called on the masses to come out en masse to vote for the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed for the rapid Socio-economic development of the country.
