A Legal Practitioner, Barrister Ayodeji Ajiboye has urged Nigerians to be security conscious and be modest in preparation for the inauguration of the new administration in the country.
Speaking with a Progress FM Reporter in Ado-Ekiti, Barrister Ajiboye said though the inauguration/handing over ceremony calls for celebration, people should celebrate with modesty and ensure their safety during the process.
According to him, the advice became imperative in view of agitations by some individuals and group of people that the handing over should not be done.
He pointed out that the constitution of the country did not give room for interim government, hence those calling for it should be made to face the wrath of the law.
The Ilupeju-Ekiti born Lawyer said all hands must be on deck to ensure that there was no breakdown of law and order, as well as peace and unity of the country.
Barrister Ajiboye enjoined the citizens to support the incoming administration of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to ensure all round development.
The Retired Permanent Secretary however urged the President-elect to run open door administration which would give him opportunity to feel the pulse of the people and make amendment where necessary.
He equally commended Ekiti state Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for his giant strides in making life bearable for residents of the state.
Speaking on his recently inaugurated “AAA Chambers” Barrister Ayodeji Ajiboye said he decided to set up the law chamber to build on his experiences as a lawyer after retiring from government work.
Barrister Ajiboye however called on Residents of Ado-Ekiti and the state in general to bring their cases to receive professional legal attention.
