Special Adivser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale says sub-regional forces that wants to destabilize the country, are behind the escalating insecurity in parts of the North.
Ngelale stated this while answering questions on a Lagos TV programme.
The Special Adviser spoke on a variety of issues including state of the economy, effect of activities of previous government officials, insecurity and efforts of Tinubu administration to make life better for the citizens.
On the issue of security in parts of the North, Mr Ngelale said government would continue to make efforts at restoring peace while those behind insecurity and instability in the region, would be made to face the wrath of the law.
Answering another question, the Presidential Aide said the present leadership, most especially President Bola Tinubu has not and will not give room for any cabal to take over the administration.
He explained that President Tinubu is a man who fully understand governance mechanisms, at all the levels of government.
Ngelale gave an assurance that no one in the present leadership set-up has such influence on the President which would make him not to be accountable to the people.
The Presidential Aide confirmed that the much awaited Students Loan Scheme would be launched by President Tinubu on Thursday, the 14th of March,2024.
