Oyebanji condemns Ado Ekiti killings, directs Security Agencies to take decisive action.

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has condemned the recent spate of killings in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, in the past few days.

Speaking with newsmen in Ado Ekiti, the governor emphasized his administration’s zero tolerance for cultism and violent activities.

He directed security agencies to take immediate and decisive action against those responsible for the attacks.

The governor assured the public that the government was fully committed to addressing the situation, urging them to remain calm and continue with their daily activities.

Mr Oyebanji reiterated his commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all citizens, emphasizing that such acts of violence will not be tolerated under his administration.

Unidentified gunmen killed three persons at different locations within Ado Ekiti on Thursday, 20th June, 2024.
