Tranquil Youth Organization of Nigeria, TYON has sought the support of Progress FM Ado Ekiti in harnessing the potentials in youths towards wealth creation.
During a courtesy visit of the executives of the organization led by it’s Governor, Mr Olumide Afolabi, the NGO said forming a synergy with the media house would enable it to deliver on its mandate.
Mr. Afolabi explained that the organization’s major objectives include capacity building, provision of free interest loan and grant, rewarding competence and empowerment of one thousand youths as TYON scouts.
While speaking, the General Manager, Progress FM, Mr Dokun Ladele commended the organization for such initiative, describing them as one of the best youths oriented organizations with the capacity to compliment government effort in empowering the younger generation.
Mr Ladele promised the support of Progress FM in the activities of the NGO.
Other members of executives who were present included the fund manager, Mrs Abimbola Durotola and PRO, Mr David Ayeni.
