Bright Adeeko, an eleven year old boy of Mountain or Fire and Miracles Ministries, Southwest Region five Headquarters, Ado-Ekiti has emerged the winner of the third edition of the Anointed Presenter Children Bible League.
Priscilla Adedeji of R.C.C.G Bread of Life Zonal Headquaters, Oluwaseun Oluboyo of Assembly of Prayer Anointed Ministry International and Marvellous Idowu of Grace Covenant Centre, all in Ado-Ekiti who were of ages ten, eleven and twelve respectively came second in the competition.
Other runner ups are: Iyanu Oluwatoki (10), Ayomide Adebodun (13) and Isaac Ajayi (13), all from assembly of Prayer Anointed Ministry International, Ado-Ekiti. These were the Seven children that made it to the final round of the competition.
The third edition of the Bible League which started Sunday November 15, 2020 with thirty-five (35) participants on board across eleven (11) Churches, one (1) Christian School and one (1) Children Bible Club, lasted for three Sundays.
The participating churches were: Araromi Baptist Church (Igede-Ekiti), Winners Chapel Adebayo 1, R.C.C.G Bread of Life Parish, R.C.C.G Life Gate Parish, Assembly of Prayer Anointed Ministry International and Foursquare Gospel Church, all in Ado-Ekiti.
Other churches include: Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries, C.A.C Ile Aanu, Grace Covenant Centre and Seventh-day Adventist Church, all in Ado-Ekiti.
Mini Paradise Montessori Academy was the only participating school with Zion Bible Club Ilokun, Ado-Ekiti as the only participating Children Bible Club.
Speaking at the grand finale of the competition held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Progress 100.5FM, Ado-Ekiti, the coordinator, Children Evangelism Ministry in Ekiti State, Elder Amos Ayodele urged the children to keep up the act of Bible reading and be the doer of the word, in order to become rapturable.
Also speaking at the event, the coordinator, Youth for Human Right International, Ekiti State Chapter, Mr. Sunday Olonilua, enlightened the participants on their fundamental human rights as Children and educated them on what to do when they are deprived of those rights.
On his part, the public relations officer of Radio Callers Association in Ekiti State, Mr. Olawale Ogungbe, applauded the organizer of the event, and encouraged the Children teachers present to keep up the good work.
At the event, special recognition was also given to Oluwasemiloore Adebayo, a six (6) year old girl of M.F.M Southwest Region 5 Headquarters, as the youngest participant at the APCBL SEASON 3.
The convener, Mr. Caleb Obisesan, a staff of Progress FM, Ado-Ekiti thanked everyone that contributed to the success of the competition with a call on other Churches and Schools in Ekiti State to partake in the next edition of Bible League in 2021.
