The Governor, district 404B2 of The Lions Club International, Dr Ademola Adesoye has called for more individuals to join the club so as to render more live changing service to humanity.
He made the call when he led some executive of the club on a courtesy visit to Radio Nigeria progress FM, Ado-ekiti.
The Governor said Lions club was an organisation established to Foster societal growth through humanitarian services, hence the need for more like-minded people to join.
Dr Adesoye explained that the club has succeeded in building health facilities across some University teaching hospitals to aid the health of citizens with a promise that more projects would be facilitated to improve livelihood.
Responding, the Acting General Manager, Progress FM Ado-ekiti, Mr Bayo Babalola commended Lions club for its effort at making life better for the people and restated the readiness of the station to continue to partner them for better performance.
On the entourage of the district Governor were the chairman, zone 11B, Mr Olatunji Adeyemi, chairman Ado Metropolitan Lions club, Mr. Adedayo Omodele, among others.
