Khalee’S Death Is Very Unfortunate…Ekiti NULGE

The State President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Ekiti State Chapter Mr Oluseyi Olatunde has expressed shock over the death of the National President of the union Ibrahim Khaleel.

Ibrahim Khaleel who is also the National Treasurer of the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC died on Wednesday after he slumps and was rushed to National Hospital Abuja, where he was confirmed dead.

In a statement signed by the secretary of the union Mr Suleiman Aleru, Mr Olatunde described the death of Khaleel as painful and unfortunate wondering how such a young man with much energy could die at a time his services were needed most in the society.

“When the news of his death came in, i didn’t believe it because the last time we saw, he was looking very energetic and healthy.

“He was a very diligent, hardworking and peaceful man, who has done much for our union, we will surely miss him.

He prayed God to forgive his sins and accept him to his bosom while wishing the immediate family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
