Three farmers have been kidnapped by some gunmen at Alabameji Village, Sanyo area of Ibadan ,the Oyo State Capital.
The victims a male and a couple were abducted while working inside their farm .
The Oyo state police Public Relations Officer , Mr Olugbenga Fadeyi confirmed the abduction of the farmers to Radio Nigeria in Ibadan.
He said investigations had commenced into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
He also disclosed that the police are already on the trail of the suspects.
