Gov Oyebanji Restates Administration’s Zero Tolerance for Indiscipline, Recalls Suspended Commissioner

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has recalled the Commissioner for Chieftaincy and Home Affairs, Mr Olaiya Atibioke from suspension.

The recall followed expiration of the two weeks suspension imposed on the Commissioner on the 12th of this month after he left the venue of the retreat organized for the newly appointed cabinet members.

According to a statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, Mr Yinka Oyebode, Mr Atibioke has resumed work at his office today.

The Governor urged top government functionaries in the state to take a cue from the suspension, while restating his administration’s zero tolerance for indiscipline and actions that are inimical to the progress of the state.
