FUEL SCARCITY: Hundreds of Commuters Stranded in Ekiti, as Market Women Count Losses

Hundreds of commuters today stranded across the streets of Ado Ekiti, as many market women find it difficult to transport their goods to their various destinations due to unavailability of commercial vehicles.

While speaking with Radio Nigeria correspondent some of the residents expressed worry that they were not in the know of why commercial vehicles were not working today especially in Ado Ekiti metropolis.

one of them, a staff of Ekiti State University attributed the none movement of commercial vehicles to scarcity of fuel on in the state.

In his own view, Mr Ojo Akinade said that the development might be as a result of the PDP presidential rally today in Ado Ekiti.

Meanwhile, the drivers union in Ekiti attributed non-movement of vehicles to prayers being offer by the members of the union today.
