The family house of Awolokun Ogunfowowe situated at Number 30A Ilamoye Sreet, Mogun ujoko Igede Ekiti has been razed by fire.
The incident which happened at about 11pm of Friday did not spare anything in the house including a furniture shop owned by a young entrepreneur.
Speaking with progress FM reporter, some occupants of the building said they could not ascertain what led to the fire outbreak.
According to them, all efforts to put out the fire proved abortive as they watched helplessly as the fire brought down the building.
Meanwhile, the family of Awolokun has pleaded with state government to assist the young entrepreneur who lost valuables to the fire and also assist the family to rebuild the house.
