FG Appoints Board Members For Christian, Muslim Pilgrims Commission.

As Ekiti State’s Wumi Ogunlola gets board membership

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of nine members to serve on the board of Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale stated this in a statement.

Colonel Aloche Adole is to serve as Chairman while Dr Stephen Adegbite is the Secretary.

Members are Mrs Omowumi Ogunlola, South-West; Clement Nweke, South-East; Prince Wosu, South-South; Professor Joseph Mamman, North-West; Dr Toma Ragnjiya, North-East; Dr Simon Dolly, North-Central and Raphael Nwankwo, representative of Christian Association of Nigeria.

President Tinubu charged them to see their appointment as opportunity to serve and as such, they should be committed and dedicated to the purpose.

Similarly, President Tinubu has re-appointed Mallam Jalal Arabi as Chairman, National Hajj Commission.

Mallam Aliu Abdulrazaq is to serve as Commissioner in charge of Policy, Personnel and Finance; Prince Anofi Elegushi, Commissioner, Operations and Professor Aboubakar Yagawal, Commissioner, Planning and Research.

Furthermore, Dr Muhammad Ndagi is to represent N-Central zone; Abba Kala, N-East; Sheik Mohammed Othman, N-West and Tajudeen Abefe, S-West.

Others are Aishat Ahmed, S-East; Zainab Musa, S-South, Professor Musa Fodio, Jamaatul Nasril Islam and Professor Adedimeji Adebola, Supreme Council on Islamic Affairs.
