some towns in Ekiti State on Saturday record first rain of the year
Some of the towns that witnessed the rain which lasted for about Twenty Five minutes were Ado Ekiti, the State capital and Ido Ekiti.
It also rain in other Towns like Ikogosi, Ilawe, Oye among few others.
Respondents told Progress FM roving correspondent that there was no any sign that it would rain in all the places that witnessed the first rain.
They pray for adequate and timely rain this year to facilitate bountiful harvest.
