The Ekiti State House of Assembly has received the list of commissiner and Special Adviser nominees sent to it by Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for ratification.
Some of the nominees are Rt.Hon. Dapo Karounwi, Rt.Hon. Taiwo Olatunbosun, Chief Folorunsho Olabode, Chief Mrs Tosin Aluko, Prof. Bolaji Aluko, Prof. Ojo Bakare, Prof. Patrick Tedela and the immediate past former Head of Service, Mrs. Peju Babafemi.
The Speaker, Rt.Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye during plenary, read the names of the would be Commissioner nominees from a letter sent to the House by Governor Biodun Oyebanji, requesting the approval of the lawmakers.
The Speaker however, committed the list to the House Committee on Rules and Business, headed by the Majority Leader, Hon. Tolu Ige.
The Commissioner nominees were requested to submit 30 copies of their curriculum vitae on or before 30th of June.
