DELTA CHAPTER OF FPA ALUMNI GIVES BACK TO ALMA MATER


Members of the Delta State Chapter of the Federal Polytechnic Adó-Èkìtì Alumni Association, have donated Nine modernised Waste Disposal Bins to the Management of the Institution.

The presentation of the Waste Bins coincided with the meeting of the National Council of the Alumni Association, held at the Alumni Secretariat in the premises of the Polytechnic.

Presenting the waste disposal bins to the management the Chairman, Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Alumni Association, Mr. Koyaya Eric-Efe said the donation of Nine Units of 240 Litres capacity Modernised Waste Bins, was to complement the efforts of the Management of the institution, to ensure a neat and clean environment on the Campus.

Mr. Eric-Efe also noted that the gesture was part of their ways of giving back to the Institution that made them to become what they are presently.

He commended the efforts of members of the Delta State Chapter of the Association for their commitment towards achieving their set goals.

Mr. Eric-Efe expressed satisfaction over the level of development that had taken place in the Polytechnic after they left, upon completion of their different Courses of study.

Responding, the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Adó-Èkìtì, Dr. Dayo Oladebeye appreciated the Delta State Chapter of the Alumni Association, for remembering their Alma Mater.

Dr. Oladebeye promised that the waste bins would be adequately monitored to ensure proper usage.

The presentation of the Waste Bins was witnessed by the Chairman, Governing Council of the Polytechnic, Akogun Iyiola Oyedepo, the National President of the Alumni Association, Surveyor Oyedokun Abiodun and other Executive members from different Chapters.
