A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted bail to the twelve aides of Yoruba Nation’s Agitator, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
The presiding judge, Justice Obiora Egwuata said that no charges has been brought against them since their detention.
According to the judge, keeping them in custody contravenes the provisions of the administration of criminal justice act and their fundamental human rights.
