The incident occurred around Ado Grammar School, Odo Ado Ado Ekiti.
Witnesses said the deceased was driving from Ijigbo area before his vehicle lost control and Summersaulted.
The vehicle was said to have landed on his head and scattered it.
His brain was said to have flipped out.
A phone was found in his hand which suggests that he was making a phone call before the incident.
Police officers have visited the spot for investigation.
