Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji has solicited the cooperation of entreprenure groups in the state to enhance economy development of the state.
Dr Oyebanji made the call while receiving in audience members of Ekiti Online Market Business Group in Ado-Ekiti.
The First Lady appreciated the team for projecting the state government well in the society and called for more collaboration with them in executing some of the pet projects of her office.
While appreciating the group for supporting her office last Christmas to visit the sick children in Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, she assured them of her support to the course of the association.
She thereby enjoined them to keep adding values to the society and keep improving the state economy.
Earlier in her remark, the group coordinator in the State, Mrs Jane Adeyemo stated that the aim of creating the group was to help women become financially independent, successful, build homes, also to attain and retain financial independence via networking and technology.
Adejumo noted that the group has over 5000 members across all their selling platforms on social media, which enables them to sell to a wide range of customers within and outside the state and has organized three tradefairs which transcend beyond the state in collaboration with Ekiti chambers of commerce.
