Ekiti First lady reiterates commitment to improve education sector

Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji has reiterated Government’s commitment to education in ensuring that the sectors will continue to project the image of the state globally.

Dr Oyebanji gave the assurance while playing host to some old friends and University lecturers from the Ekiti State University, EKSU in Ado-Ekiti

The First lady who said the state had in time past distinguished itself as a Centre of academic excellence gave assuarace that the present administration would continue to give education the deserved priorities.

She appreciate the team for solidarity of love and enjoined them to always remember the Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji and his team in their prayers.

In a remark, Prof Yemi Adedokun who led the team of Professors to the office of the First Lady noted that the purpose of the visit was to solidarise with Dr Olayemi Oyebanji for the victory of her husband at the poll.

She further pledged the support of the team for the present administration and charged the Governor’s Wife not to derail from the good character she was known for.

The body of professors reminisce on their days in Eksu and thanked God for lifting one of their own, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji to the position of First Lady and prayed that God would continue to keep her and her husband and guide them through for a successful tenure.
