Ekiti Government Approves Three Years Medium Term Expenditure Framework

EKITI State Executive council has approved the 2022- 2025 government Medium- Term Expenditure Framework.

Briefing newsmen after its inaugural meeting presided over by Governor Biodun Oyebanji, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Mr Yinka Oyebode said the approval would sustain government fiscal policy to meet up with its obligation.

He also explained that the Governor would soon present the 2023 appropriation to Ekiti State House of Assembly for consideration and necessary legislative processes.

He said the Governor charged the new cabinet members to show greater commitment to thier duties to enable them to serve the state diligently.

Four members including the secretary to the state government Dr Habibat Adubiaro, Attorney General and commissioner for justice Dayo Apata as well as the permanent secretary cabinet and special services Mrs oyeyemi kayode Ojo were indicted into the council.

The meeting was attended by the deputy governor, Chief Mrs Monisade Afuye, the head of service, Mr bamidele Agbede, the director general, bureau of public procurement, Mr. O’Seun Odewale..
