As INEC declared PDP candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of Osun state Governiship election, there is unusual quietness at the governmemt house in Osogbo, the official residence of the APC candidate, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
Radio Nigeria corespondent reports that the usual visit to the governor by loyalists and supporters ahead of the election is not in place.
All the Governors that came in the state to support Governnor Oyetola have all returned to their state’s as results started coming-in in the early hours of today.
Efforts to speak with the APC candidate early this morning yielded no result as he was said to be resting.
Same is the case.at the Oyetola Re-election Campaign office located at Ogo-Oluwa area along Osogbo-Gbongan expressway as nobody was seen there when Radio Nigeria visited the place.
Meanwhile, there was wide jubilation by the PDP supporters in some parts of Osogbo the Osun state capital.
At Owode-Ede, junction jubilants on motorcycles who defied the early morning shower took over some section of the dual carriage way singing.and dance to ezpress joy over the Election result.
