The Super Falcons will now take on Cameroon in what will be a keenly anticipated quarter-final clash on Thursday.
Bayana Bayana play Tunisia for a place in the last four.
In other quarter-final matches, Morocco will face Botswana, while Zambia will take on Senegal.
