Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun state has warned miscreants distrupting activities at building sites in some parts of the state to stop or face the wrath of the law.
The Governor gave the warning in a statement by the state commissioner for information and Civic Orientation ,Mrs Funke Egbemode.
The Governor condemns activities of the miscreants who have been harassing land owners and property developers, and engaging in other anti-economic activities across the state.
The statement which reiterates Governor Oyetolat’s respect for the rule of law distances Osun governmemt from supporting such activities, stressing that perpetrators will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of the land.
It adds that Security operatives have been fully briefed about this development.
The statement directs security operatives to go after, arrest and prosecute any miscreant or land grabber found harassing residents of Osun state.
