The court of appeal sitting in Akure, Ondo State has reserved judgement in the appeal of the founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel Akure, Prophet Babatunde Alfa.
Prophet Alfa’s appeal is seeking to quash his life sentence conviction by an Ondo State High Court in Akure over the disappearance of one-year-old boy, Gold Kolawole in his Church in 2019.
After listening to the arguments of both parties, the presiding Judge, Justice Rita Nosakhare Pemu reserved judgement to a date that would be communicated to all parties.
