The General Manager, Progress FM, Ado Ekiti, Mr Dokun Ladele has urged the leadership of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ Ekiti State Chapter to be more committed to the welfare of members.
Mr Ladele who stated this when the Executive of the Association paid him a courtesy visit noted that unionism was primarily for the betterment of members, hence the need to make it a priority.
Reacting, the Chairperson of NAWOJ in Ekiti State, Mrs Fatima Bello thanked the General Manager for the warmth reception and assured him that the executive would would not rest on their oars in agitating for better package for members.
Mrs Bello urged members of the association to support her second term bid so as to consolidate on the achievements recorded so far.
