The Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe has enjoined residents of the town to participate fully in the enumeration exercise slated for next month in the state.
He made the call during a meeting held with Chiefs to deliberate and prepare for the success of the enumeration exercise by the National Population Commission, NPC.
Oba Adejugbe noted that government should know the population of a place before necessary amenities needed for their well-being.
The monarch urged residents not minding their places of origin to provide all necessary details required by NPC for the overall interest of the town.
Oba Adejugbe also used the forum to appeal to officials of the commission to be fair and professional in the discharge of their duties.
