Manchester City Football Club of England have won this year’s UEFA Champions league, the first of its kind in the history of the team.
Manchester City lifted the cup after beating Inter Milan of Italy one nill in a match played at Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul on Saturday night.
The only goal was scored by Rodri in the 68th minutes of the encounter.
Manchester City have completed the treble this season, having won EPL, FA cup and now UEFA Champions league.
In his post match remark, Manchester City Coach, Pep Guardiola expressed happiness over the feat achieved by the team this season.
He thanks all the Manchester City for team work and determination this season, urging them to sustain the tempo.
Only Manchester United have won treble in the past but Manchester City have now joined them.
Meanwhile, Manchester City will take on Arsenal in Community Shields in August.
