Monarch advises Chiefs on community development

Traditional Chiefs have been advised to exhibit spirit of selflessness and work towards the development of their communities.
The Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe gave the advice during the installation of Chief Temitope Ajila as the 3rd Ojomu of Ado Ekiti.

Oba Adejugbe who spoke through the Omosio of Ado Ekiti, Chief Orubuloye noted that the traditional chiefs were accountable to their towns, urging them to make use of their positions to bring meaningful growth.

Also, the Asamo of Ado Ekiti, Chief Abiodun Akinyede noted that the good character of Chief Ajila earned him the Chieftaincy title.

In separate interviews, the representative of 1983 set of Ado Grammar School Alumni Association, Mr. Anthony Adeosun and the vice Chairman of the Holy Family Society of Saint Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral, Ado Ekiti, Mr. Tunde Adegbite described Chief Ajila as an accommodating person who always show love to everyone around him.

On their parts, the wife of the celebrant, Mrs. Titilayo Ajila, the children, parents and siblings prayed God to give him wisdom to live up to expectation.

While speaking, the Ojomu of Ado Ekiti, Chief Temitope Ajila noted that he was honoured to receive the Chieftaincy title, promising total loyalty and support to the Ewi in Council.
